My Story · Tina Haller

This work became personal long before it became professional.

I’m a statistician by training, a pattern‑finder by nature, and a midlife women’s health specialist by conviction. The path between those things runs through the hardest loss of my life — and through my own mirror moment.

Chapter One

The wake‑up call I wasn’t ready for.

Years ago, my sister began experiencing significant health changes in midlife. She did what capable women do: she raised it, she asked, she followed up — and she was repeatedly reassured that everything was fine.

She passed away suddenly at 54. We learned afterward how much had been happening beneath the surface the whole time.

Her passing changed how I understand the cost of dismissal — of surface explanations, of “that’s just aging,” of signals waved away because the numbers looked normal. I decided I would never again accept a surface answer when something deeper is happening. Not for myself, and not for the women I work with.

Chapter Two

The mirror I finally had to look into.

In the quiet after her death, I saw my own life clearly for the first time in years. I had been living on autopilot — over‑performing, over‑giving, over‑everything. The strong one. The one who handles it. And my body had been quietly paying the running costs of that identity.

Midlife has a way of turning up the light. The fatigue that won’t lift, the short temper you don’t recognize, the restlessness no vacation fixes — they aren’t random. They are messages. My own body wasn’t failing; it was done pretending. Learning to read those messages — instead of overriding them — became the turning point of my own midlife, and eventually the heart of my book, The One Thing That Changes Everything.

Chapter Three

The pattern‑finder finds her work.

I hold a Master’s degree in Statistics and spent more than a decade in clinical research. I was trained — professionally, rigorously — to look for the pattern beneath what first appears unrelated. When I retrained in holistic nutrition, hypnotherapy, NLP, and nervous‑system‑informed coaching, I brought that lens with me.

Today it shapes everything I do. When a woman tells me about her sleep, her bloating, her fog, her overwhelm, and her fading motivation, I don’t hear five problems. I hear one pattern wearing five costumes — and I know how to find it, name it, and help her body release it.

Because women deserve more than surface explanations and more pressure to push through. They deserve to understand what is actually changing beneath the surface — with precision, and with far less self‑blame.

The training behind the work

Science on one side. The subconscious on the other. You in the middle.

Research rigour

Master’s degree in Statistics and 10+ years in clinical research — trained to find real patterns and distrust easy answers.

Whole‑body health

Holistic nutrition and midlife‑specific health practice: inflammation, metabolism, sleep, and recovery.

Subconscious change

Certified in hypnotherapy, NLP, and Time Line Therapy™ — because insight alone doesn’t update the body.

Nervous‑system informed

Regulation before motivation: creating the internal safety that makes lasting change possible.

What I believe

  • Your symptoms are signals, not failures — whispers before they become shouts.
  • Midlife is a context shift, not a discipline problem. The old strategies aren’t failing you; they’re expired.
  • You cannot think your way into safety. The body has to feel it — regulation before motivation, capacity before action.
  • The identity that built your success can become the pattern that drains your next chapter — and it can be updated.
  • You are not starting over. You are starting wiser.

If my story sounds like yours

Your signals deserve more than a surface answer. Let’s find your pattern.
